In short: this website sets no cookies, shows no ads and embeds no third-party content. Cloudflare serves the site and measures visits without cookies.

Who is responsible

Lari
Privacy contact: lari@termi.cloud

This policy applies to the website termi.cloud. The individual apps and their websites (for example nokka.termi.cloud) have their own privacy policies.

Hosting and technical logs

This static website is served via Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare technically processes in particular your IP address, the time, the requested address, browser and device details, and security events. This is necessary to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Technical logs are deleted according to the retention periods of the respective Cloudflare service.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement service by Cloudflare. When a page loads, a small script sends the page address, referring page, country, device type, browser and load times to Cloudflare. No cookies are set, no local storage is used and no cross-site profiles are built; I only see aggregated numbers, such as visits per day and where they come from. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in improving the website.

Cookies, fonts and third-party content

This website sets no cookies and does not use your browser's local storage. Fonts are loaded directly from termi.cloud, not from Google or any other provider. There are no ads, no social media plugins and no embedded videos or maps.

Contact by email

If you email me, I only use your address and the content of your message to reply to your request. The message is kept as long as needed to handle it or as required by law.

If you follow a link to the App Store or to an app website, the privacy terms of Apple or of the respective app apply there.

Recipients and processing abroad

The recipient of the data described above is Cloudflare. Processing may take place outside Switzerland or the EEA, subject to the applicable contractual safeguards. Personal data is never sold or passed on for advertising.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or object to processing. Just write to lari@termi.cloud. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where applicable, your competent EU/EEA supervisory authority.

Changes

This privacy policy is updated whenever something significant changes. You will always find the current version here on termi.cloud.
